Facing Obesity

Reading old or new treaties about obesity is useful to understand the problem,

but reading Food Politics by Marion Nestle (here you can see the first and second edition) is even better.

I wish that all the experts in obesity or dietetics, discussing about genetics or physical activity, had read this book.

Less biological markers (Leptin, Ghrelin ...) and more understanding of the persuasive power of Marketing could be much more effective to eradicate Obesity.
